The filming process

In our filming process we found that we have broken various conventions of the thriller genre along with the usual conventions in which film trailers have. For our genre conventions in which we broke was that we used two females one as the protagonist and the antagonist, when conventionally the antagonist is stereotypically male so in this aspect we broke the convention. Another broken convention is that in the trailer does show a clear indication of who the protagonist is and who the antagonist is, instead it was left to the audience when usually there is a clues from costumes and facial expressions, so here is when our film genre could come under a psychological thriller. We broke various conventions of film trailers due to fact we jumped straight in to the film we didn't have any titles or any other build up to the film. We also different have enough different locations in which clips were shot this again breaks conventions. As for narrative we kept it as conventional as we could, we done this by keeping the story in time order of what unfolded this allowed the audience to feel more involved in the story line  and to feel as if they are part of the story.
