The use of new media technology

For our research and planning we used new media technology such as iphones to take images of our story boards, for our images on our film posters and magazines. This enabled us to explore new ways of taking images, it also allowed us to use high definition in order to take clearer images. From this we found easier ways of editing the images, we also had non blurred images. We also had the use of photoshop in order to edit images, this enabled to get more flawless images to make our work look more professional. We had the access to apple mac computers this allowed us constant access to the internet, final cut express, garage band, youtube for research, dvd player to watch dvds of our genres. The use of new media technology allowed us to explore new roots of the digital world, this enabled us to get a better insight in the technology we will be using. We also used facebook in order to get audience research for our target audience.
